Level 3 Diploma in Pathway to Aesthetic Practice This qualification provides a nationally recognised award for individuals currently working within the beauty sector, as well as those wishing to enter the industry, who want to develop and demonstrate the essential underpinning knowledge required to perform aesthetic treatments safely and effectively.

It is ideal for candidates who may already hold a Level 2 beauty qualification; however, this is not a mandatory requirement. The qualification is equally suitable for individuals with no formal background in beauty therapy who are looking to begin their journey into aesthetics.

The aims of this qualification are to:

• Develop a strong understanding of the core knowledge required for aesthetic practice, including skin analysis, skincare principles, and anatomy and physiology.
• Support individuals who are not currently employed within the beauty industry to gain the knowledge needed to enter the sector confidently.
• Provide an accelerated progression route to Level 4 suite of Aesthetic Practice qualifications.

This qualification creates a solid foundation for safe practice while opening clear progression pathways within the aesthetics industry.
